MANILA—The Northern Lights shine brighter than ever.

Aurora Gaming extended their flawless run in MPL-PH Season 15 after outlasting Smart Omega, 2-1, on Saturday afternoon at the Green Sun Hotel in Makati.

Omega came out swinging in Game 1, dominating early with a 7-2 kill streak and multiple Turtle secures to establish control.

Aurora responded with clutch pickoffs and Diversion plays from Kenneth "Yue" Tadeo’s Luo Yi, shifting momentum in their favor.

Despite Omega’s resilient defense and Lord secures, Aurora capitalized on a late-game teamfight misstep to close out a 25:10 victory.

Dominic "Domengkite" Del Mundo delivered a flawless performance on Granger, finishing with a 12/0/2 KDA.

In Game 2, Omega maintained composure, showing improved macro play and patience in the late game.

Aurora, despite losing all inhibitor turrets, mounted an impressive defense to stall Omega’s advances.

At the 16-minute mark, Omega secured the Lord after picking off Renejay Bacarse’s Gatotkaca and Edward Dapadap’s Edith, sealing the win with a decisive mid-lane push.

Jomari "Jowm" Pingol shined with a 12/0/4 Granger performance, while Jayson "UK1R" Alupit provided stability on Vexana with a 1/0/13 KDA.

In the final game, Omega's interim captain Jowm secured a killing spree at 14 minutes despite their gold and turret disadvantage.

Attempting to take the Lord, Omega found themselves outmaneuvered, as Edward’s Phoveus landed a clutch last hit.

Aurora capitalized on the momentum swing, executing key pickoffs to end the game in just over 18 minutes.

It was a complete team effort for Aurora, who moved up to 4-0 and momentarily tied Team Liquid PH in first place in the standings, while Omega fell to 1-4, now sitting at sixth.
